War Poem

The hostile planes are bombing,
Innocent people are dying,
My hope for a better life has been destroyed,
How this could be ignored,
My hands twitched in the wind,
Until I clinched onto my protective Dad,
His bravery repelled the bad,
Just like the heroic soldiers,
who fought against the demonic demons,
My Dad’s muscular arms carried me,
Through the danger- riddled land,
This man made me free,
The people who did this should be hanged.
