World War One
All of the men have gone
thousands of people were lay dead
it was very hard work they had said
they ask me where i’ve been
and what i’d done and seen

Gun shots and bombs going off
all of the smoke makes me cough
hardly anyone survived
mostly everyone died
deathly bombs were blown
and world war 1 was now well known

I was screaming and shouting all over the place
The City’s and Towns were such a disgrace
hundreds of soldiers dying
i saw my father and now i’m crying
