I couldn’t take it,
Packing parachutes, loading guns,
People are dying! They need to make it!
This isn’t good enough,
I will fight in it.

My appearance changed dramatically, I was recruited.
I saw him, Ray,
As soon I stepped forward my innocence died,
I was now in the devils domain, hell on earth trapped with my companion, Ray
I was partnered with him and he didn’t notice me,

Today was my last, I couldn’t wait, home.
On last duty with him, he saw something but too late,

Blood was splattered all over Ray’s perfect olive skin, he would return home,
The thought hit me like a brick as the silence deafened me.

I fell in agonising pain, why me
He lifted my shirt to see the damage but instead saw my tattoo,
He knows only one person in the world with it, Me.
He started to tremble,
He was going to lose me,
My last breathe dedicated to him.
I loved him my whole life,
Then, darkness consumed me,
I didn’t have time to inform him,
