The Deafening roars of gunfire and bomb shells,
The early morning awakened by screaming and death,
The bodies rotting and giving off a ghastly stench fills the air,
Disease and spluttering raging through the land like a fire out of control,
The destruction of beautiful land created by nature,
Minds never the same with those fearful memories,
Ravaging, murderous animals that used to be human try to become top predator,
Helpless humans turned into monsters,
Beautiful lands running thick with deadly blood,
Mothers who lost their sons,
Sisters who lost their brothers,
Wives who lost their husbands,
Children who lost their fathers,
And for what?
A cause that those brave soldiers could not even remember!
The men who gave their lives fighting for what their country thought was right,
Yet even after that horrific lesson we still see war as something to create peace!
