The Brave Soldier

100 Years on and still within our memories,
Brave lions slaughtered in a massacre,
Without choice they strived through the mud,
Full of meloncoly,
A field of crimson stained grass lay ahead,
Young men led to believe they are fighting fo the greated cause,
Fighting for their country, serving their country,
While the real cowards sit in comfort,
The honest tommy stands tall against death,
Staring dead into it’s black eyes,
And being accepted into it’s arms,
Not a head is turned, not a tear shed,
For their identity unknown,
Brave lions.
Lead by cowardice pigs.
Iternally scarred and always remembered.
The Brave Soldier.
