War

In the flames the bullets fly by,
Like planes whom fly nigh,
Over and over the two countries tie,
Viewing who will live and who will die.
Each day we get told a lie.

Hurting each other’s eyes
In the light which dawns at night.
Soon all came to a tie.
Tired and slow but all were fine.
Onto the horses they went, gently kneeing the thigh,
Riding into the night.
Yield to all brave men who sacrificed their life leaving their wives.
