What is war,
War is a fight,
A conflict between two,
Over what may be right.

Weapons are used,
And blood is shed,
Some people survive,
And some are dead.

War affects everyone,
Even those not involved,
Families are broken,
Over problems not solved.

Mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters,
All are lost,
War carries on,
No matter the cost.
