ww1 hero’s
From clouds of gas
Men appeared with guns in their hands
The horrific sound of gun shots and bombs
Slowly became louder
Groups of men charging forward
Dodging the many dead bodies scattered among the field
Every second a new soldiers falls DEAD to the ground
But some still survive and carry on
Most men thought in their heads
ITS SWEET AND RIGHT TO DIE FOR YOUR CONTRY
Most men felt in their heart
ITS BETTER TO DIE FROM A BULLET THAN DIE FROM A BOMB AT HOME
This war to end all wars
Was not just a great victory
This was a hard and tough fight
That lasted for 4 years
We thank the soldiers
Who gave their lives
And who gave us the freedom we deserve
R-I-P to the many hero’s
