RICHMOND: 9.45am. A service of remembrance will start in St Mary’s Church, followed by wreath-laying in the Friary Gardens at 11am. On Tuesday, November 11, the Royal British Legion Service of the Cross will be held in Friary Gardens at 11am.

SCORTON: 10.35am. A parade from the village shop will be followed by a service at the War Memorial Institute.

CATTERICK VILLAGE: 10am. A parade to St Anne’s Church will be followed by a service at 10.15am. The parade will then march to the High Green memorial for a wreath laying ceremony by local organisations and Forces personnel at 11am.

THIRSK: 10am. A Remembrance service will start at St Oswald’s Church, Sowerby, followed by a parade through Thirsk at 11.15am, with the salute taken in the Market Place. This will be followed by a wreath laying ceremony in St Mary’s Church, Thirsk.

NORTHALLERTON: 10.45am. A Remembrance service will be held at the town’s war memorial.

OSMOTHERLEY: 11am. A Remembrance Day parade and Act of Remembrance will start at the war memorial followed by a service in St Peter’s Church.
